The Annual General Body Meeting of the Maharashtra State Chapter of The Association of Surgeons of India will be held on Saturday 05th Feb. 2011, 6.30 pm at Conference Venue: Hotel Grand Hyatt Mumbai during MASICON-2011.

Agenda:
  • Opening Remark by the President of the Chapter.
  • Condolences if any.
  • Confirmation of the Minutes of last AGM held on 6th February 2010 at Solapur MASICON.
  • Report of the Secretary/ Award Presentation.
  • Report of the Treasurer & Confirmation of Accounts for the year 2009-2010.
  • Best paper award to be named as “Dr. M. J. Joshi Best Paper Award”
  • Issue regarding attendance at EC meetings.
  • Confirmation of the Venue for MASICON-2012 & Invitation for the venue of the MASICON 2013.
  • Any other matter with permission of chair.
